Return and exchange policy

The procedure for exchange as follows:

1.Please keep all the packaging including original packaging, receipt and relative gifts if there is any problem with the goods within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2.Please contact us and send exchange request within 3 days providing relative goods pics. 

3. After we confirm that the goods met the requirements of the return policy, we will immediately notify you of the return application status.

4. After receiving the goods, we will arrange an exchange within 7 working days. We don’t accept refund. 

*If we fail to collect the goods within seven days, we will reserve the right to exchange the goods.

If the product has the following circumstances, we will not be able to handle the exchange:

1.Exchange request is more than 7 days after you receiving the order. Or the goods is not what you request to exchange in this exchange order. 

2.Non-brand-new goods: If the goods are worn, stained or damaged by anyone, or if the returned goods have obvious stains or a fluorine smell, we will not be able to return or exchange them. We will not issue refunds or exchanges. We will reserve the right to exchange the goods which have any obvious stains or fluorine smell . 

3. Incomplete packaging: Complete packaging includes goods, packaging bags, packaging boxes, instructions, and accompanying accessories.

4. Processing on goods, such as printing on goods, not original goods looking.

5. package damaged or there are labels on packages which is hard to resell anymore.

6. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, such as color difference, not same as what image, or if the item does not look good.

*If cancel is for personal reason, 5% fee of the order amount will be charged as a refund fee. If the goods have been shipped, order could not be canceled.
